3 cups flour In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a seperate bowl
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups sour cream
1/3 cup skim milk
1/2 cup corn oil
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 large eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups chopped frozen cranberries or partridgeberries
1/2 cup sliced blanched almonds
1/4 cup golden raisins
combine liquid ingredients. Fold into dry mixture just until moistened.
Fold in berries, one half of the nuts. Add raisins.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Place remaining nuts on top.
Bake in a 425*F oven, for approximately 40 - 45 minutes or until
tester when inserted in centre comes out clean.
