After Christmas Meat Pie

Delicious hot, served with your favourite cole slaw,
french fries and greens. Also good cold, served
with your favourite salad or rice.
Make a piecrust pastry

1 lb. ground beef or hamburger
1 medium onion (diced)
a little savoury (if desired)
1 or 2 Oxo cubes (to taste)
salt and pepper (to taste)

Cook meat slowly, stir well. Add onion, salt, pepper and savoury.
Thicken this mixture with 3 to 4 tsp. flour. Pour into prepared pie
dish, top with pastry. Cook 20-25 minutes or until slightly brown
at 325*F.
